I made Meridia for my dnd campaign made back in august. She is a norn living on a demiplane called the Fenwilds down in a cavern away from all the rest of the plane. My players went to ally with her as they needed a third norn to help fix an issue with their other norn allies. They did not expect her to be actively evil and may or may not regret allying with her and releasing her onto the world again. Though so far the pros outweigh the trauma shes reminded so many ancient creatures of. Instead of shears she uses dual chained needles to move both physical and metaphysical things under a certain size. Her strongest ability though is her ability to cause creatures to become paralyzed if they look in her eyes.
