oh heavens, what a tender image... the glow from the mouth + the bokeh light effects its making is so pretty, the expression is darling (if not sympathetic, wanna give the poor thing a hug :C) and the portrait itself is very beautiful!! i bet your client was ultra lucky to have this! splendid stuff, mate! :D

The mood coming from this creature is immaculate

I have to say, the atmosphere of this picture is like no other! The storm of brewing emotions is so distinctly tangible, the furrowed but not quite angry brows that suggest an internal struggle, the narrowing of the eyes, and the burning pink light glinting within them, the musculature of the face- contorting in a pain more emotional than physical, and a broiling sense of impending danger lingering in the clouds as the energy from the beam begins to alight the particles in the air around him, it's absolutely GORGEOUS- though I feel even that hardly does it praise. You have this amazing skill for portraying really subtle but powerful emotion, like I can almost perfectly envision the corner of his mouth quivering, and the eyes narrowing in real time, it's like- there's a sense of kinetic energy captured in the artwork itself that defies any attempt to put it into better words. I just love that so much in this art, and in many of the other moodier artworks you have made me, but I think this might be the most impactful in how much it just tugs my heart for the character, gosh you did so amazing on this ;A; Also, good GOSH the lighting on this is SO DANG COOL!!!! AGH!!! The super high contrast lighting with the glow from the mouth is so well executed, the textures of the eyes and the fur and the horns all reflect the light in distinct ways, and that is amazing how well you pull that off! Speaking of the horns my gosh they look so smooth?!?!? and the fur looks incredibly soft AGHH!!! I regret not getting fluffy dragon art from you sooner, clearly this was an amazing choice and one I have been screaming into my pillows and running in circles about because it is so overwhelmingly cool I do not know what to do with all the excitement it gives me AGH!!!
The detail in this is just unreal, from the light catching on the eyelashes,to the gleaming particles in the foreground and background, to the gentle gradients that beautifully suggest every contour of the body and musculature just WOWOWOWOW IT IS SO WELL DONE!!! You have yet again made a one of a kind work of art that I am going to admire the heck out of for years to come ;O; Thank you for all your hard work!!!
