With the Returners RIOT sale & sketch requests done, I wanna close out 2025 with some personal projects I've had in my backlog over the year- some will probably still linger into 2026, but this one was a priority! I haven't been fully satisfied with previous sheets for my sona Azure, & with Aozora becoming more of its own established "place" thanks to the Patreon, I got all the reason in the world to re-do him.
So here he is yet again, the Kingdom Hearts-coded catboy with blue hair & less armor plating than is perhaps advisable for a Paladin! His card gimmick has been downplayed to merely a tool for hammerspace in favor of emphasizing the use of a 'divine aura' from his patron deities Patrioch & Mater, a Stepford-esque duo of intertwined masculine & feminine energy which I've written about previously in Aozora's google doc: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62921756/
Rest assured, he WILL most definitely show up in future artwork; I enjoy Azure too much not to do so. Hope you all enjoy him too!
