She should have seen this coming. Yet, she’d let the rabbit’s act last Friday fool her. She’d let his feigned ignorance convince her that the artifact has been reality warping not just leopard warping. These past two days, she’d relished the lie and had so much fun that she ignored all the clues. At the skating rink she’d reserved the wrong number of skates. Nick had known she’d been a Biped, that one should really have clicked. But this was undeniable, her plane ticket was for biped seating.
She wanted to cry, she wanted to scream, instead, she was arguing with the poor check in lady who didn’t deserve it. She knew she was going to have to wait a day, despite not having a room, she knew she was going to have to pay the upcharge for her larger size, though it would force her to dip into her savings. Still she argued forcing the poor lady to prove that she was going to have to do these things, hoping that somehow she wouldn’t.

Ooof that's an awkward and unfortunate side effect for the poor taur lady. Airports are no fun to begin with; dealing with unexpected flight changes just make them the absolute worst!
Honestly, if I was in her place, I would probably be equally upset in the moment, but the taur body would ultimately be worth it. Wouldn't exchange it for the world!

OMG me too!! I've seen a couple examples of minivans that people have come up with that look decent, but I don't know that I've seen any planes. Do you give them some kinds bench that they get belted into, or just strap them to the floor? I would love to sit down and worldbuild things like that some day!

Animals shift significantly when they lay down. With the exception of the cat loaf most lay on a side with a quart twist from rear to front. I’d expect it to be a bench but is it a bench perpendicular to the plains travel or parallel to it? All I know for certain is that it would take up more sq ft.

There's a few comic panels where Liz and her friends are in a plane (page 48, they were travelling from / to india iirc) in kyuremfan24's Growing Troubles comic. It depicts them sitting on the plane floor with backrest and arm rest installed on the window. No depiction of multiple seats in a row...
So I agree with the idea of benches... I just don't want to think of capitalism wanting to squeeze more taurs like a tin of sardines. Maybe stacked coffin beds only?
