Is he calmly confident? Sure, but his anatomy is pretty awkward... Watch him walk from behind and see how his huge tail works out for him. The momentum in his hips builds up and that tail starts swinging left to right to...hell, everywhere it wants to. For most creatures, a tail is meant to help balance, but this guy is basically a walking fish. He was meant to be an aquatic, and really, the water is the only place where he is able to be truly graceful.
