What kind of train is it?

Its one of my own design for this particular setting. A high speed steam locomotive that's gone through a couple retrofits and upgrades since being put into service a century ago. With this particular iteration being electrified with the original steam mechanisms present as backup during a power failure on the mainline. As well as a portable power plant in case region needs power due to a natural disaster. Also double ended so that turntables aren't needed for faster turn around and crew quarters so that crews can quickly change between shifts and relax comfortably on long trips.
