Richter is born within the Great Adelian Desert, in an area close to the Yellow Gem’s vicinity, which caused him to be born as a Ground-type Buizel, later evolved into a Floatzel. He became the Guardian of said Yellow Gem of Earth once he became mature enough to protect it. As for his powers, he can turn any part of his body into stone, though he mostly do this for his paws, as well as having the ability to temporarily turn into a near-invulnerable statue in order to crush his enemies. He is significantly heavier than the average Floatzel, hence his unability to swim, as he will sink to the bottom. Richter tends to be less intelligent, but he certainly knows how to protect the Yellow Gem, and he also is a kindhearted fella.
