Shikka, go and check them out!
Thanks to his unique parentage, Caine has a bit more than just extra strength compared to a normal member of his species. By focusing his energy, he takes on a blazing new look, with flaming apparitions of a Victini manifesting, if not outright erupting, from his form. They're mostly for show, as wings of flame don't allow him the power of flight, but this state, which he lovingly refers to as his "Victorize Form," pushes his abilities far beyond their usual state.
It's not all upsides, however. Constantly generating that much extra fire, which he is unable to "turn off" as it were, drains his energy at an alarming rate, and the extra power behind his blows means he drains it even quicker than usual in an actual fight. This isn't even getting into the fact that the power literally goes to his head, becoming far more smug, condescending, and assured of his victory that he underestimates foes and showboats for the fun of it. Outside this form, Caine is horribly embarrassed that he acts like this, and is actively trying to keep control of his own emotions so it becomes more reliable.
Out of personal preference, Caine avoids using this form in most fights, believing using it's raw strength would do nothing but harm his goal of learning and bettering himself as he climbs the Guild ladder, viewing it akin to cheating. But when the chips are down and people are in danger, he's more than willing to do what he needs, regardless of what his pride would tell him. After all, that's what a hero does, right?
