Dear friends,

I wish you all a very merry and relaxing Christmas with family and friends. I hope all your dreams come true in the coming year. And today isn't just Christmas, it's also the tenth anniversary of my Facebook Page "Hufis Bilderecke" (My instagram paged celebrated it´s sixth anniversary earlier this year). When I started ten years ago, I never imagined I'd be sharing new artwork with you for so long. In fact, I was quite scared at the beginning. But over time, thanks to Facebook, Instagram, and the like, I've met many wonderful new people, many of whom have even become very close friends.

Today's Christmas picture shows two new characters for a project I've been planning for some time now and hope to expand further next year. The project, which I've planned as a comic, is called "Son of Santa" and, as the title suggests, is about Santa Claus's not-so-responsible son – Nick. Here he is seen together with his "girlfriend" the elf Yule, who really needs nerves of steel to put up with this good-for-nothing and daydreamer guy😃

Stylistically, I wanted to incorporate a blend of my own style with a touch of Franco-Belgian flair.
