I've never heard of that! My country has a very limited selection of Ben and Jerry's compared to the states for an example. </3

ahh, thats a huge shame. its a churro themed ice cream with churro bits and a cinnamon swirl thing that is a bit gritty, like its made with bits of ground up cinnamon toast crunch. its wonderful, and tbh i'd say its worth a $30 shipping fee to try. ^v^"

I live in north europe </3 I don't think shipping would be possible.. But I'll definitely keep an eye out when I travel again! Argentinian friend taught me how to cook churros years ago, and they were delicious! Churro icecream does sound delicious

my store used to have a store brand version of it but discontinued it, genuinely depressed me. The churro ice cream was like 80% close, but before that i intended on trying to make my own.

I never got around to it but if you wanted to try, I was going to take churro pieces and vanilla ice cream, add a bit of cinnamon, and for the best part i was going to make a mix of butter + sugar + cinnamon to swirl in the ice cream. When that mixture freezes, it almost makes a sort of wax that melts on your tongue and is full of cinnamon flavor. ^v^ Crunching up cinnamon toast crunch might also work, and maybe using molasses instead of butter might be better, so if you ever try it, let me know! <3

I do love me a good bit of baking, testing and food chemistry.. If I do end up giving it a go, I'll let you know! Usually I bake and cook stuff like candy and pastries, icecream would be new!
