wow nice job! and how much did this suit cost o.o (Just wondering)

It cost just a smidge more than a quadsuit from me, its them wings and scales that brought the cost up so much higher than a typical 2legger suit from me :)
(though in the future I may charge more, this took longer to make than a quadsuit!)

Wow... I've been really anticipating this to be posted; it looks fantastic. Each inch really is a labor of love.

gah especially those scales! a layer of fake leather a layer of batting and a layer of fabric, oh so carefully sewn into a V pattern with a line down the middle. Downright nervewracking to do! (and my sewing machine HATED sewing through the batting, broken needles everywhere)

Hahaha, your fustration posts come to life--I've tried to sew some LARP items that featured fur, and it killed the sewing machine motor... let's just say, nothing beat good ol' handwork (except my braincells >.>). But you, miss, are legendary... and those time-consuming scales. XD Let me continue to shower you praise! *... showers?* :P

Such a beautiful looking suit! The effort you put into it really shows. I hope to see it in person someday to look at it better. I especially love the wings <3

I hope you do get to see him in person, because photos do not do this head justice.
It is common knowlege that black fursuits are hard to photograph because the detail/depth is lost...well...the same goes for this sleek red fur! The photos make his nose look way bigger than it does in real life and the subtle shapes of his face (namely his grin/cheekbones) are utterly lost in the pictures/video)

Oh I know how bad cameras lie no matter what the media. I love love LOVE seeing suits in person to not only admire the craftsmanship but also to see how it moves and fits the wearer. I knew black murdered images but not red. The more you know! :3

other red furs seem to give me no problem but THIS this short red fur is murder to photograph and it like GLOWS in direct sunlight XD

they would be solid cloth with the feather shapes quilted in (much like his scales)
