Merry Christmas to you all!
Here, I've recreated the anthropomorphic polar bear and the girl using Hero Forge. The polar bear appears to the girl dressed as Santa Claus and gives her a Christmas present. She is very happy that the polar bear is her Santa Claus this Christmas.
A Short Story
It was Christmas Eve, and Julia woke up at midnight—Christmas at last!
She crept out of the bedroom and lurked near the Christmas tree and the fireplace, just like she used to do when she was little, hoping to catch Santa Claus in the act, but she always fell asleep.
Julia saw something large moving around outside, but the silhouette didn't frighten her. Instinctively, she knew it could only be one person: her polar bear friend Theodore, who had promised to visit her.
She went to the front door, opened it, and beamed: It was Theodore the polar bear, dressed as Santa Claus. Julia hugged her bear friend warmly, as far as her arms could reach.
Theodore hugged her with his enormous bear arms, but very gently.
Julia led Theodore to the Christmas tree, and Theodore gave her a present. "Merry Christmas!" said Theodore. "Merry Christmas!" replied Julia. Theodore had kept his promise; he had visited her for Christmas. Julia unwrapped her present. It was a plush polar bear that looked just like Theodore: muscular and dressed in blue shorts.
Theodore sat down, and Julia sat on his lap. Theodore hugged her, and Julia felt safe and secure. She enjoyed being in his embrace. She eventually fell asleep.
On Christmas morning, she woke up to find magnificent presents under the tree, both from her parents and, presumably, from Santa Claus. She also found a letter from Theodore, who had apparently used one of his claws as a feather.
In the letter, Theodore had written how happy he was to have found a friend like her. He described to her how his height and immense muscle mass sometimes made him feel lonely. But when he met her, he had never felt so light. She was the best thing that could have happened to him at Christmas.
He wished her happy holidays and hoped they would see each other again and again.
Julia was deeply touched and hugged her new plush polar bear as if Theodore were with her, only a little "smaller." Yes, this Christmas was simply wonderful for her. Finding such an extraordinary new friend surpassed all her other Christmas presents.
