Merry Christmas!
EJ is playing a harp and singing on this special day.
One of the most beautiful songs ever written is 'O Come, O Come, Emmanuel'. I love the lyrics 'Until the Son of God appears, rejoice, rejoice!'
With all of the trouble we face in the world everyday, there is always hope and joy in Christ Jesus. His whole purpose was to come to Earth as a human and take upon Himself the sins of the world so that people of the world can escape God's wrath of judgment, but instead be with with Him for eternity in His kingdom.
Because of Christmas, we are reminded of that wonderful event.
"I bring you good news of great joy for ALL the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you, He is the Messiah, Christ the Lord!" - Luke 2:10-11
Christ is waiting for ALL of us to accept His salvation. But it is up to us as individuals to accept that gift of salvation.
O Come, O Come Emmanuel:

So when life is good... rejoice in the Lord! And when life is difficult... rejoice in the Lord! Because He is here with us now through His Holy Spirit. And when God decides, Jesus will return to take His faithful followers home to be with Him. And that is something to look forward to. But... until the Son of God appears, rejoice, rejoice!
Merry Christmas everyone! God bless you all!

You know, it’s funny EJ should be dressed in a Santa costume for this picture (which you’re rocking, by the way), my Uncle Bill once filmed himself as Santa when he was describing the reason for the season, stating that Christ was a personal friend of his. Looking back on it, the context of it completely flew over my head, but I suppose it can mean two things: one, that Santa Claus is BFF’s with Christ, Himself, and two, that we can all be personal friends with Him if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior.
Anyway, more importantly, have a very Merry Christmas, EJ Husky, and a prosperous New Year!
