In all seriousness that is a very wholesome and well-needed message that I think a lot of people need to hear. I'm certain that many of us (or at least just me) suffer from prioritizing the needs of some impossible-to-achieve ideal self over our real selves. I should be happy. I should be productive. I should understand. I should, I should. I should. One tip that's worked well for me is trying to swap out 'should's with 'working on's and 'want's.
