Finally after a long time, i made a brand new reference sheet for Lavender <3
This one took me a while to finish, 2 days straight up working on it, i made some slight changes to his design like the symbols on his back, shoulders and legs now share that heart shaped marking, changed the original magenta into a cherry red, removed the ponytail thingy on his hair and finally made him a design with clothes. xwx
Overall I'm quite happy with the end result and i don't think i will have to change anything for a while.
[Taken from the original reference sheet] His design while at base is a Hisuian Typhlosion it has some traits/inspiration from Hisuian Zoroark & Salazzle.
He lives with a small community on an mystical island in the middle of the ocean where the nature tends to be quite "frisky" and that tends to influence the behavior of the island habitats. Lavender works as the community's witch doctor, usually he is roaming around the island fetching materials for his potions and magic while also going around "helping out" the people on the island as well as the occasional visitors.
He also has a 6th sense that allows him to detect when someone could use some "help" and if they would be willing to accept it or like it. Lavy tends to be a bit pushy with his methods but he has limits and knows when it ain't a good time or a good idea.
He also has the ability to change gender thanks to his magic, so he doesn't mind to be called by any pronouns.
The Flames not only come out from behind and front of the neck but also on his wrist, ankles and at the end of his tail. The blue flames are some sort of spectral fire that's entirely harmless and comfortably warm. He uses this flames to move/hold/lift around stuff, he can also use them on people to hold them still if needed while the red flames despite their ghostly nature can actually burn and harm people, however he almost never uses them unless he needs to burn something or has to defend himself or others.
