Someone is impersonating me, contacting people and claiming they've won auctions/YCHs, then asking for payment to their PayPal.

A supposed artist with no profile came to my Inkbunny private chat asking for a commission and asking me to contact him through Discord. I did, and he sent me a picture of a woman, saying he wanted me to draw her as a furry ABDL half-body figure. I was about to accept, but I told him he had to pay me $30.00 USD to start. Then he came up with the idea of giving me $500 USD as a thank you, according to the supposed artist.
Then he asked for my PayPal email, supposedly to send me the money. I sent him my paypal.me link, and he said he didn't trust it. I sent him my PayPal email, and this person faked a screenshot in his name, sending me $500 USD that never arrived in my PayPal account. He started saying his account was a business account and that there was a problem, and to resolve it, I had to send $300 USD. I didn't do that; instead, I sent him a long message because what this person was doing was a scam
