With his condoments of Justice, the HOT DOG will rise to our defense!
For every guy in tights that the Justice League takes in, there must be a few that get rejected. (Ok, I know Justice League is DC Comics. But DC didn't fit the title as well as Marvel did.)
With a battle cry like that, I'm sure even the Tick might be hesitant to befriend this guy.
