College Spirit - An old and long-abandonded fraternity house stands in the outskirts of Empire Bay's Technological University campus. Some say the old spirit of it’s most party crazy member still resides within it’s halls partying like nothing ever happened, refusing to move on to the afterlife. The administration doesn’t really care much for these rumours and decides to renovate the fraternity… into a sorority for disadvantaged women. As the work begins the spirit wails and screams, his sanctuary of masculinity intruded upon, yet the main architect and his crew persists.

A few months pass after the renovations have finished, and the women who reside within the walls of this new sorority can swear there’s a friendly matron like spirit that roams their halls, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of her girls.

This one diverged a bit from the original pitch, but tbh I was struggling a fair bit with writing this one until I had the idea to have this be the origin story of the Kitteens from the Nyara-Nyara pinups and stories.
