Rocket Raccoon wouldn’t be Rocket without some kind of gun or gun-like thing, and of course he promptly requisitioned himself the closest thing he could find and modified it himself.

Rocket Raccoon’s crossbow, the mythical Luna in bow form, was specially modified to have two modes: a rapid fire mode to fire as many arrows as possible, and a mode that allows him to shoot explosive arrows one at a time and launch him in the air for further mobility. Due to the nature of the explosive arrows, normally he can only fire one of them at a time.

His Warrior Special, when his Awakening gauge is full, has him combine his two modes, rapid firing explosive arrows all over the place. The Awakening power helps keep the bow from disintegrating from the sheer force of shooting multiple explosive arrows at once. With this tool, he’s a powerful force for Aytolis!
