Biography: Born in Antwerp, she is a member of a wealthy Belgian family descended from the royal Spanish Bourbon family line who control one of the most powerful business firms for casinos and alcoholic drinks in all of Europe. When she was 18 years old, following an agreement where she was arranged to marry the heir of an American tobacco firm, Jack Cartier, as part of a business merger to settle debt payments, she moved to the US state of Texas where she would live closer to her husband to be in the Cartier Estate. While living with Jack as his “escort,” Charlotte was taught everything about running the family business from him after she saved a failing business agreement at the last minute. Now, she has virtual control over the entire Cartier-Bourbon business organization alongside her husband.



Fun Facts:

Charlotte officially retired from performing stripteases and pole dances four years ago after being diagnosed with chronic back issues, but she can on occasion perform one for anyone lucky enough to win a one-night stand with her if he impresses her enough.

Having been born and raised in Belgium, she is fully fluent in both French and Dutch. While living with Jack, she learned how to speak fully fluent English on top, but with a noticeable Texan dialect.

Charlotte detests living within the cold northern United States during winter, and the extreme, dry heat of the southwest during summer, so she has all her living spaces located in the south of the country where the weather is more to her liking.

She doesn’t understand most modern technologies. While Charlotte can use a Windows computer without problems, she has a hard time wrapping her head around touchscreen smartphones or tablets. She often relies on her daughter, Colette to help her use her tablet.

She once bought shares in her husband’s tobacco company just so she can receive half her dividends in the form of boxes of assorted cigars.
