Goblin and Vulture will probably be pretty interesting. I guess for Sandman all you can really change is his clothing. Like that your using mostly classic villains (not that the symbiotes would be any different anyway).

Venom is a little hart to insert in a steampunk setting, at the moment I see it like an ancient spider-demon or sentient evil item who corrupts Peter Parker (who I see more like an explorer in my immaginary steampunk world).
