even if she did solve it nobody would know it had to be her... unless they run some DNA tests.... but thats too mach work over a rubiks cube... theyll all probably think its twilights legit solve or trixies magic solve or rainbow dashes break it apart and put it back together solve.

I think the reason fluttershy put the cube back the way she found it was cause since she solved it, she probably thought it was unfair to the other ponys who haven't tried yet. i only think that way because....well its fluttershy, its in her nature to be kind and gentle towards everyones feelings.
