She is implied to have transformed and "enhanced" from a furry moogle character named Erakir, and perhaps was expecting to become a reindeer for the holidays, and not a pretty tiddy kitty~ Her outfit consists of red-and-white striped stockings, a red skirt with snow trim, mistletoe just above her busty chest, and an antler headband.
There is a bust cut-in of a furry anthropomorphic cat named Mewey, wearing a similar outfit and bearing an exaggerated shrugging expression.
