Rivet loves nothing more than adding to my diaper stash by any means necessary in this case the shop owner 'disapeared' under mysterious circumstances and Rivett kind of stole the shop. Luckily there's plenty of Data diapers and Jenny diapers to go around ad no one knows about the two he stashed in the back. If you run a diaper shop, best be weary otherwise you might dissapear and your shop and possibly your stock stolen.
Depending on the situation Rivet either keeps some packs for himself or sells the packs and usually leaves one for himself. Either way this pampcritter gonna get himself some good diapers and many diaper shops likely to be abandoned (Due to rivett either turning the owners into diapers or plushies to take with him).
