It has been another difficult year for me, with a complex family situation that has left me devastated, added to loss of my pet, and where my health has repeatedly brought me down.

However, I am grateful to be able to keep getting back up, to be able to do each of the orders you have entrusted to me this year, and that they have all arrived at their homes safe and sound.
