This evil version of the Spirit of Ice was a fun one to come up with, using elements from their beta designs, adding a finger to each hand to show his superiority to his vanilla counterpart, plus adding the visor to look more shady while also accounting for... The glasses Teppei wears. But I was torn between ice-climbing boots with those claws on the front, or giving him classic digimon dino feet, like the betas have. So this pic has the boots while the other pic forgoes the dangerous footwear.
He also doesn't have retractable skis, he snowboards! That's how you know he's not kidding around.
