I *thought* it looked like a Mew, but I didn't exactly read your description closely. ;) Either the Mew dipped the donuts in scalding hot oil, OR... the tail end itself is morphable :D

^^ i did this to mewwie a few times, and its actualy easy, mewwies tailbulb is fairly soft and squishable,just had to mush lightly and stick donut over it.
