The soul of a Japanese sea god, reborn in a half-human form. Still not human, but no longer a god, as he has absorbed only a fragment of his soul.
His life is filled with travel, and he is passionate about sailing. Depending on the situation, he can sail with his crew on a ship, or he can traverse the seas in the form of a dragon.
He gradually masters his magical abilities, which unfold within him throughout his life, becoming a divine legacy.
A magical seal on his eye hides the divine powers flowing in his blood, but no one knows how to remove it.
