Anton commonly gets himself in trouble with anyone bigger than him. Even before obtaining the curse that gives him the chance of shrinking when using his abilities, he would often pick fights with those that stood way taller than him. Often times for good reason like if someone is bullying his friend or innocent Pokémon, he’d usually be able to back it up with his abilities as well. Now it’s much more different for him with the curse now and thus he’ll need to adapt if he still wants to stand up to them. And thus his friend Gallie is here to help him out.

Gallie often helps Anton brainstorm ideas to escape the macro if it he so happens to shrink after using his abilities. Fast dodging, fake out running, hiding, even controlling how much he shrinks to better his odds. But Anton considers such methods cowardly and refuses to back down from macros, even if he deep down knows that he’s getting way ahead of himself. This only made Gallie annoyed at such pride, if he wants to help Pokémon out and cure his curse then he gotta know when to cut and run to recover. This gave Gallie an idea for a lesson for him, a lesson in humbleness as he would call it.

Anton would begrudgingly oblige to the training so he use his abilities until the curse activated and shrunk him down to the size of a blade of grass, it only took about three tries for this to happen this time. As he prepares to dodge the Gallie’s grabs and stomps, Gallie decides to insult his size and how insignificant he is in such a diminished state. Insults between them isn’t uncommon and usually all in good fun, but considering his insecurities of being seen as weak when he knows he can win, it only made him irritated and aggressive. It reached to a point that he charged and attacked him with his abilities… only to do barely any damage. Gallie in response simply bent down and grabbed Anton in his hand, and with a simple flick of his wrist he threw Anton into his maw. Gallie smugly tossed and turn him in his mouth as he tasted his delicious friend, only to open his mouth to give him a break, he doesn’t intend to swallow him… this time.

This irritated Anton even more, to be demeaned like this was embarrassing. But he had to admit he did feel proud on how much more confident Gallie has gotten over the years. And maybe he did enjoy being in his mouth specifically, tho he would never say that out loud to him. It was a harsh way to teach him this lesson but he did realize just how outclassed he was and how much more learning he had to go.
