(April 2025) With this piece I need to be open about a few things. When I created Inari, it was because I was used to drawing my ex's fursona and since we had broken up, I could either practice more with my fursona or I could make someone to practice with. Inari was my crutch to get past a bad breakup, and while we are friends now, certainly at the time I was in a dark place. But Inari was a way for me to get past and no matter what my art future holds, it will continue or end with Inari. Also on a much less somber note this is my favorite drawing I've made so far, and I don't know what I could make that would surpass this in my heart
