The first image of my profile.
This is the first entry to an original character I've been working on for quite some time. Quite a lot of inspirations created this lovely hybrid between spider and snake, creating a sort of harmony between two very venomous creatures- A creature by the name Widowbelle. A creature from a parallel dimension (something I'll dive deeper into later, when I create more illustrations highlighting her rowdy nature)
Currently, there is a 3D model in the works, that will go along with this.
I hope you guys like this piece. Careful she bites. Or more like stings. And tends to have an obsession for cocooning.

[Rushes into the mouth of an expansive cavern to take shelter from the rainstorm as my fur had become soaking wet, shivering and resting against the cavern wall while warily surveying my seemingly vacant surroundings and thinking] Eghn…Nhh…Glad I finaly got out of that mess…but…what do I do now…?
[Nervously studies the cave’s foreboding shadows practically encouraging me to venture deeper inside, tensing up while unaware of a single thin strand of spider webbing having stuck to my ankle since I had sat down] I just hope that I didn’t…“break in” someone’s home…
[Nervously studies the cave’s foreboding shadows practically encouraging me to venture deeper inside, tensing up while unaware of a single thin strand of spider webbing having stuck to my ankle since I had sat down] I just hope that I didn’t…“break in” someone’s home…
[Valous breaks her gaze out of the blissful slumber after feeling a slight tug on her web strands stretching like viscous rubber. Her smooth, scaly body glided over the sticky surface of her many cocooned thralls, one's she uses as cushions on her silken throne. "Well, well...looks like I've got a new guest for tonight. Just as well, my spinnerets are feeling excited tonight. Better go and greet my little morsal".
Effortlessly, she skittered her high heeled feet as she scaled through the cave and it's network of silk, following the thin stranded that caught her attention. As she reached a small opening into an atrium where a small figure came into view. Looking around the corner, she could feel her eyes light up and her abdomen bubbling with fresh ooze silk as she studied her prey. She was appeased by the cute dynamic of her drenched target trying to get warm. "Poor thing, breaking into my nest, but damp from the rain. There's only one way to treat guests like this".
