Here is my small plea for a quieter, calmer, simpler 2026.
2025 was a stressful, hectic year – both for me in personal life (thesis, state final exams in uni, first job hunt and job, family crap) and on the global stage (wars, tensions, escalations and economics lines going lower then where hell is). Pardon my language, but fuck 2025. I feel like a beaten dog (or whatever I am) after it … wishing for the beating to stop … ideally forever.
My only wish for the next one is for everything to calm down; to let times be less interesting; to not drown in my own existence; a quiet life with no alarms and no surprises, please…
