This is an old MLP oc I made who I called Scourge, the Draconequus of Blight.
Bio that you probably wouldn't take properly:
Scourge is one of the few and most powerful draconequus to ever existed. He is considered to be the grandfather of Discord, the Draconequus of Chaos. Scourge always sees the magic of Friendship as nothing but a pitiful waste. He even sees the rulers of Equestria, including and especially Princess Celestia as a fraud. With his sheer, almost spirit-killing size, many consider him as completely other-worldly.
I do not know why is this grey line beneath him, but I'm chalking it up to printer mistakes
