I doubt Hiccup will ever be eaten by Toothless.
However, taking the books into account, I think it's very, very likely we'll have some sort of incredible vorish scene with either Hiccup nearly eaten by a giant beast, or one of the villains actually getting gulped.
One of the monsters was even see-through so you could see him slide down inside.
