Here's some seriously sensational salsa from the kitchens of

So I made this home made salsa for the first time and took it to a furmeet last Saturday. It consisted of 6 tomatoes, 2 onions, 4 jalapenos (no core or seeds), 1 red bell pepper (no core or seeds), and 2 green bell peppers (no core or seeds). I chopped it all up and put it in the blender so it wouldn't be too chunky. It was said to taste rather mild and generally good but needed to be less liquid-y. Live and learn, eh? :) I'll be sure to squeeze and drain the tomatoes and maybe it'll turn out perfect next time. I might also include the seeds and core to half of the batch to make a hot version.
