While this is the final Act, it's turning out of be a girthy boy. With this, Sylveon Now Here will be on a short break as I need to work on backlog of pages and other projects.

I know I am late in writing this, but I assume this is Vince. Hector's whole speech beforehand, the AU comic/dream and Vince struggling with his emotions and affection towards Hector indicate that he confronted himself and finally decide how he wants to live. Thus turning into a more cool head glaceon. We also have an example from the pokemon manga where an eevee could turn into any of his evolutions, so the concept is there. If not then will see where it goes.
