It looks like Randy the Reindeer has gotten himself into yet another inflated predicament, except this time, he’s about to blow up as an overinflated New Year’s balloon! Jimmy the Fox is surprised by this, while Puffer the Penguin is laughing. And well, the penguin was probably the reason why the reindeer got overinflated during this tragic situation.

Since my normal New Year’s artwork wasn’t really anything special, of course I went ahead and made inflation art related to New Year’s as well, and of course Randy the Reindeer is the one I would choose to get overinflated here, since he’s my new favorite OC I’ve created. Like the normal New Year’s art, this one is also quite basic, since it has no shading and the background is quite basic as well. However, I did bring back the transparent body inflation for this one, since I figured it would be fitting, especially with Randy the Reindeer overinflating. Now, this probably isn’t the biggest that Randy has got inflated, but I guess the pressure is wearing off on him quite fast this time around. Honestly, this artwork is one of those times where it was much better in my head, since I originally planned to have a close-up of Randy’s inflated face due to most of the body covering him up. But even without the close-up and the lack of shading with a detailed background, this still turned out great enough for the New Year’s! Hopefully I’ll get back to shading and putting more detail into my artwork after this though, since I didn’t really start off the year with anything special. Though, at least I found a way to make the title rhyme!
