Mona is a classy meowth that love art and being a part of it at time. So he head to Castelia City and to a smeargle art studio to look about the pieces there. Meowth plan was get made into a statue but all of the art so good. He getting distracted by one that is a very sexy Blaziken. Mona getting so focus on it that he fail to notice the stand with very heavy canvas on it he bump back into. Oops. As for his diaper they got paint soak when he sneak in and figure smeargle get him new clay pamp when they unknowingly coated him with the clay. That was the plan. Oh well.
