But how did you make the Rainbow Dash blue Frosting??

Awh thanks! I think I used better food coloring than her or something. This wasn't even the best one, some turned out better with more of a rainbow look! The frosting I used a whipped cream cheese frosting and just added blue food coloring drop by drop until it made the light blue. I noticed the more food coloring the brighter it looked. Didn't take from the flavor either. Cake was still full of flavor and super fluffy! Oh! I also added a few drops of vanilla to the frosting to make it a bit more wet and easier to mix in the color.
