Quinzel grinned as she flexed in the mirror, really proud of the gains she got, all those months of working out had really been paying off.

At least that is what she was thinking, in reality, she was once a male cat named Quinn who entered to start working out, and while he was doing that, every exercise and lift was changing him to be a fairly muscular cat woman who was obsessed with gains.

Started off small, some muscle growth there, clothes shifting to a tank top and sweat pants. But then it got bigger as his pecs became boobs, hips widened out, thighs thickened, and of course, the manhood inverted to fit the new sex.

But all that was nothing compared to the mindset changes, getting more confident and more of a showoff, posing in front of the mirror every time she finished a set. She wanted to look good, no she needed to look good, and the other gym goers did not mind at all. They just wished she would talk and flirt with them instead of herself.
