We took a fair few losses in the battle. More than the Mayor would’ve liked, but then again we didn't expect to run across a fucking war machine. Still we only took out the AI pilot. So it could be repaired to operate with direct input remote controls. How someone could fix the head of that thing and get replacement parts however, not a single clue.

As for what else we got out of the convoy, was some more weapons, a cache of drones, a few auto-turrets, and a trove of STEEL computers & Link devices.

But this is concerning, as no doubt STEEL will know about what happened here and will retaliate. But the Mayor isn't concerned. STEEL will come down hard on them, and it will hurt a lot of people, but it's a storm they have weathered before.

For now, the Mayor is keeping in touch with Pathfinder for any intel they can salvage, and the two of us are to lie low in the city once again. Probably going to be a while. At least long enough for us to find the ins-and-outs of whatever STEEL is going to throw back at us.
