Kicking off the new year with a "tickle scene parody" animation! Here we have private eye cane toad lady Rhinella Schneider, or simply Rina, tied down in a torture chamber table and, well, tortured. ;p Gotta confess this idea of goats dressed as executioners to perform the "goat's tongue" tickles my fancy.
This one was inspired by one of my [many] favorite tickle scenes: Tiny Toon Adventures episode 'Best of Buster Day', where a headmistress named Miss Conduct is tied down to a lab table and "lickled" on her feet by Barky Marky.

Oh, I knew the source of this scene the moment it started! The way the feet lift up when they're licked has been locked in my mind since childhood. This is an exciting gif to have in your roster, because if you open up YCH GIF commissions, I might get a lot of use out of this one!
