Alyssa surprised us with the best Christmas gift this year. She took our little Kira to a professional photographer and had this gorgeous portrait done just for Tillie and me.

Lyss has been Tillie’s bestie since high school (still holding onto her 2009 Scene days), always crashing at our place, spoiling Kira rotten, and treating him like the swaggy big sis he adores. I love that she’s part of our family in every way that matters.

That said, we’re all so damn proud of Kira and the way he shines exactly as himself. We’ll keep cheering him on to express who he is, no conformity, no apologies 🖤
