And why not start the new year with Alyssa's son Tamek ;D!

In this story, we have Tamek in a meeting finalizing a rather "unique" deal in starting business in designing a new breakroom from a local business office building nearby the neighborhood. The office their offers him a %25 percent bonus for the project completed as well as letting some of the workers there help "prepare" him for this special project as they feel that it will be hard work for him designing and help building the new breakroom. Seems Tamek is rather confused as he feels he is getting more out of the deal and doesnt want to take advantage of them. But the ladies "helping" him insisted its more than enough. Tamek eventually accepts though still a bit puzzled at the whole deal but suppose its just the earth people life like his mom told him lol. Hope you guys enjoy ;D!
