Vault is a fun young hero, kinda filling that Spiderman, Nightwing niche of a sidekick trying to prove herself independant and capable. She's fairly weak by superhuman standards, with a concrete stony body, but her main power is phasing through architecture and terrain, which would make her an incredible thief but she prefers open attention. She's one of a small number of superhumans with publically known secret identities, and doesn't bother hiding or disguising herself.
She's a parkour enthusiast, largely because even if she misses a jump, she just dives through the ground harmlessly. The wings don't do much, and she tends to sneak on top of subway trains if she needs to get across cities in a hurry.

tbh, it works well here, since it's the Exposed Bits™ and makes her looks more like broken reinforced concrete. The only other note is that commonly used rebar is constant diameter, so the tail and horns having any taper is also a little weird. If you were going to refine the design, IMO, keep the tail as rebar with a concrete spike, but maybe make it (and the horns) the same thickness from base of spine to tip?
