They’re certainly not.. tasty and good for you definitely- high in antioxidants and various vitamins n minerals, but not very high in calories… i on the other hand, appear to be quite the convenient source of calories n omega 3…

He's too adorable and hungry to have to care about his tiny friends when the better option is to turn them into protein,although I doubt you'll satiate his monstrous hunger for long so I hope he finds other to y folk to eat.maybe I try to find a spell that reforms little guys like you so he never goes hungry and when he finds other little people he can have variety.
