Joe Bear @ 'Fontana Dam' North Carolina. It is the largest Hydroelectric Dam on The U.S. East Coast. Built in 1940 to generate electricity for several Southeastern U.S. States, it is operated by Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). My friend and photographer 'Toad' was afraid I would get too close to the cliff and fall down. I was glad he got this shot at least. **Please read my FTO Journal in 'Thoughts of Joe Bear' section
