This is Skyler, the son of King Alakay of Animus. I redesigned him by giving him longer, messier hair and replacing his red or zebra-skin loincloth with a white Mowgli-styled one similar to the slave loincloths from two Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers episodes featuring Rat Capone.
