Well, new year, new... "me" you can say. Or at least it's KIND of a 'new me'. (See what happened here! https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61434520/ )
This character sheet for Mr. DeDOS took a bit longer than it should have, buuut such is life when you're between various commission & patreon projects; figure it makes a decent start to 2026 anyway. Major thanks to both TheHouseofE on DeviantArt for helping visualize the initial design of DeDOS back in the middle of 2024 (after I'd been on a kick of robo-wolves) and
ATCPony2 for crafting a looovely sequence showing how my sona came into this new form; I can't say Alphadyne will be taking over new uploads the same way it took over the catboy, but I'm sure we'll be seeing more 'Chassis'-contained folks like him in the future.

Very cool and intimidating looking. Really nice work!
Also, personally, the idea of organic matter being converted into machinery is honestly rather unerving.
I usually think back to the Wirewolf episodes of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command where the process was shown as rather painfull, with the individual being transformed being aware up untill the end.
With maybe the exception of it being done almost instantaniously like it was at times in some Sonic stuff.
(Oh, also the link to the TF sequence doesn't seem to be working, I keep getting a 404 error. I think it's the ")" at the end that is breaking it.)

Feels kinda stupid that the site can't parse a ) being separate from the rest of the hyperlink, buuut whatever it's fixed now. Guess the old forum style of FA comes with its own drawbacks.
But thank you regardless! I've never watched many episodes of Buzz Lightyear beyond the 3-episode "OVA" pilot film, but it doesn't surprise me too much that there could be a roboticizing virus in that show. I'd like to think Chassis conversion is a lot more painless, mostly just numbing and buzzing as opposed to being a painfully aware conversion into metal.

Each site have their quirks that one just have to roll with. Some more than others.
and your welcome! ^_^
I suppose that is a more clever way for a cybernetic virus to lower the chance of a the victim struggling, or fighting back.
and yeah, it was a very fun "pulpy" sci-fi show with some fun villians too, with another classic horror themed bot being a robot vampire called "NOS-4-A2". Shame Disney refuses to make it available anywhere. >_>
