modular synth (software), sort of randomly generated patterns with different timing/not aligning to the grid/essentially different tempos for different instruments. Random generation is chromatic but most of it you can't tell because it's in randomized scales or very detuned. The plugin I use is discontinued though and only a few people (like me) have the dlls
